How does Whole Home WiFi Guarantee work?
If you choose our Whole Home WiFi guarantee, we’ll install WiFi mesh extenders to make sure you get a minimum WiFi connection of 30Mbps in every room of your home.
You’ll receive up to two extenders, placed in optimal locations to maximise your WiFi signal and performance.

Fed up with internet not-spots? If you experience weak WiFi signal areas in your home, our Whole Home WiFi guarantee is designed with you in mind. Simply add Whole Home WiFi to your broadband package, and we’ll take care of the rest.
With up to 2 extenders this shouldn’t be a problem for the majority of homes. However, if you’re not getting 30Mbps in every room, we’ll give you the option to purchase an additional mesh extender*.
If you buy an additional extender and still can’t get 30Mbps in every room in your home, we’ll apply a one-off £100 credit to your Highland Broadband account.
