Building a full-fibre network is a complex process and takes time. If your area is connected, then chances are your street will be very soon. By pre-ordering, we’ll keep you updated on when your address is ready to be connected and get your installation booked in.

When you sign up for a 24-month contract with one of our full-fibre packages, we can offer Switching Credit to help cover any leaving fees. The amount we pay out is dependent on your Early Termination Charge (ETC) and won’t exceed the credit value for the package you select.
